A cardio workout for all fitness levels, Piloxing combines kickboxing with Pilates. Certified Group Fitness Instructor Julie Brennan will lead the class over Zoom. She has taught Piloxing locally (in-person and online) for more than four years.
All you need is a laptop/smartphone, yoga mat and some good tunes!
