There are four new Digital Literacy site locations getting started this March! We are excited to welcome Avon Free Library, Lima Public Library, Caledonia Library, and Livonia Public Library!
As part of the expansion, residents can visit these libraries for free workshops to go over specific digital topics including devices, cybersecurity, and applications. One-on-one tech help will be introduced to these new sites over the next few months! We hope that through this expansion that we can continue to reduce the digital divide and support individuals with their specific technological needs and questions.
Volunteer Recruitment
As a volunteer-based program, we are thrilled to hear community members of Livingston County eager to provide their time to support other with their digital skills.

“Stephanie and I (Gene) say a flyer looking for Digital Volunteers in the Avon library. We would like to volunteer together, so we can truly be of help to folks. I have been in IT for some time, and Stephanie has experience in Google Workspace.”
Even with volunteers starting at these locations, new volunteers are always welcomed! Those interested should contact Digital Literacy Coordinator, Lisa Roe.
