The first Judy Dauphinee Award went to Virginia Buechel.
This Award is named after Judy Dauphine a dedicated LVR volunteers is given to recognize a volunteer who are made a major contribution to the organization.
Virginia Buechel spent 15-20 hours week as a volunteer Office Manager and managed the office before a paid staff was hired. She also ensured a smooth transition between all volunteers to having employees.
