The City of Rochester is launching a pilot Guaranteed Basic Income program. 175 households who earn 185% or less of the poverty threshold will be selected to receive $500 per month for one year.
Literacy Rochester has partnered with the City of Rochester to hold a service fair, allowing members of the community to receive assistance in applying for the program and meet representatives from other service organizations.
